Yes, it includes everything (cold and hot water, electricity and internet).

Is there a bond?
Yes, the amount of the bond is equivalent to 2 weeks of rental fee.

How can I pay?
Via bank transfer or in cash in our central office (Suite 604A, 32 York St. Sydney, NSW, 2000). You can pay the deposit in our office in Budapest as well (1139 Budapest, Forgách utca 19.).

When do I have to pay?
You have to pay weekly and in advance.

Can I get the bond back?
Yes, under the conditions stated in the contract.

Do I have to pay for the heating?
Yes, in case you need it, we can provide you with radiators in winter.
